Standard Service:

  • Maximum 40 items per bag  (Extra charged at 50p per item)

  • Maximum of 5 dress trousers  (Extra charged at 50p per item)

  • Maximum of 15 shirts/blouses  (Extra charged at £1.00 per item - Includes Executive Shirt Service)

Low User Service:

  • Maximum 20 items per bag  (Extra charged at 50p per item)

  • Maximum of 3 dress trousers  (Extra charged at 50p per item)

  • Maximum of 5 shirts/blouses  (Extra charged at £1.00 per item)

The following is applicable to all Services:

  • 1 Sheet, 1 quilt cover, 1 tablecloth etc. is equivalent to 3 items.

  • 1 long dress is equivalent to 2 items.

  • Special requests must be highlighted on collection i.e: delicate items.

  • Damaged or unfit items will not be accepted.

  • Number of items will be verified by PFT.

  • The customer must ensure that nothing is left in pockets or attached to garments.

  • PFT cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of buttons.

  • All items to be ironed are accepted at the owners risk.

  • Any claim concerning the finished articles must be reported on receipt.

  • All reasonable claims for items damaged during the normal ironing process will be considered for suitable compensation.

  • Signature of satisfaction required on return of the finished items.

Cash or cheque on delivery of finished items will be requested.
